We produce a wide variety of high quality parts on a range of CNC turning and milling machines.
Continuous investment in CNC Turning and CNC Milling machines means we are able to manufacture a wide range of quality products to customers’ requirements. With CAD/CAM capability as well as a trusted network of subcontract partners for processes such as heat treatment, plating, grinding etc, we can offer a complete precision engineering service for low or high volume work.
Maximum capacity is currently 12” diameter on our CNC Turning machines and many machines are equipped with hydraulic and magazine bar feeds which offer a maximum of 75mm diameter.
Our CNC Milling capabilities include CNC Vertical Machining Centres and Conventional Horizontal and Vertical Milling Machines. Maximum CNC capacity is currently 600mm x 400mm.
